Procedure for Requesting Return Materials Authorization (RMA)

   2. After receiving the RMA# send the product to the address below; send tracking information for the product to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
   3. You must include a packing list so VDI can review the contents of the package. Click here for packing list template.

Do not send any VDI Product for repair without first receiving an RMA#.
