12/04/15: Check out VDI's High Power Source: ~1 mW at ~1 THz
VDI is now able to achieve 1mW at 1THz due to our recent developments to our frequency multipliers. VDI achieves high power at 1THz by using a low frequency input signal and multiplying by 72 (x3, Amp, x2, x2, x2, x3). See below for pictures and sample data.
VDI offers a wide variety of transmit and receive systems covering the 50-3000 GHz spectrum. These systems incorporate VDI’s frequency extension and mixer components.
